A new Latin translation of a short Grimm’s fairytale 🐝

We decided to take a short break from editing our book about the witch Erictho in Lucan’s De Bello Civili (more here) and translated a fairytale from Grimm’s collection called “The Queen Bee,” or “Regina Apium” in Latin. It is originally a German story, and in the Aarne-Thompson-Uther index, a catalogue of folktales organized by type of story, it is included in the “Grateful Animals” category.
